The benefits of yoga and meditation have already been proved by many scientific studies. The strengthening of our focus and attention, calming our mind in an extraordinary way, is just one of them, making us much more efficient and productive. More and more companies nowadays are introducing yoga and meditation in their workplace to improve the wellbeing and happiness of their employees with remarkable results, becoming companies with more capacity for growing and competitiveness.

To invest in health within the company is profitable. As per a research published by the European Network for Workplace Health Promotion (ENWHP), for each euro invested in these kind of programs the ROI is of 2.5 to 4.8 euro in absenteeism and between 2.3 and 5.9 euros in illness costs.

In addition, the practice of Yoga and meditation contribute to a better work atmosphere which help to reduce the labour dispute in a high percentage. All this together with the increase of creativity make the implementation of these programs of workplace health promotion profitable for the company from any view point.

I provide Yoga classes and Mindfulness programs for corporate groups. These sessions can be at your office or I can provide a suitable venue if needed. With more than 17 years of experience organizing international corporate events and travels you can trust I will find the most suitable venue for your group. Because of the current situation, all my programs and sessions are offered ONLINE by Zoom.

This program goes further than just stretching the body. Through a set of different sessions I go after improving the health culture and increasing the individual and collective's wellbeing. Individual and single sessions can also be booked.

With 11 years of yoga practice I have been working on this area for quite a long time. Through my yoga sessions I help companies to encourage and create good practices on promotion of good health in the workplace.

I help people within the organizations to offer the best of themselves, changing from the inside, and to navigate through opportunities and challenges with more resistance, commitment and happiness.

It is not until the sixties that Yoga spread all around the West countries and it is becoming more and more popular as people are experiencing its benefits and scientific proof of these benefits are being given by our physicians.

It consists in different easy techniques which aim is to still the mind to be fully present in each moment.

Yoga means union. As such, the 8 limbs of yoga are connected in a way that practicing one of limbs the other 7 will start to develop as well. This makes this practice extraordinarily enriching for body, mind and spirit.

“Patricia’s online classes were a godsend, particularly during the Covid lockdown which brought with it a lot of challenges. Having a weekly class to keep up with my practice and make some time to invest in my own wellbeing was a lifeline in difficult times. The classes are well-structured and each participant still gets individual coaching to correct postures and improve practice. The online classes have so many of the benefits of a live in-person class but with the additional convenience of being able to join in from home; a perfect way to bring work and life back into balance.”
