I provide meditation workshops for corporate groups. These sessions are run online by Zoom due to the current situation.
Rates can vary depending on the number of sessions booked. These sessions can be booked individually or as part of a wellbeing program where yoga, pranayama and relaxation sessions are also explored. These programs are tailor made depending on your employees' needs so please get in touch for a more accurate description and budget. Discounts apply for block of sessions too.
