ZEN MEDITATION AND MINDFULNESS
8 Week Online Mindfulness Course for Health & Wellbeing
This 8-week course is based on the fact that the brain has a property of neuroplasticity. Both the brain and the nervous system can change structurally and functionally under the influence of the signals for the environment. Learning and memory are examples of plasticity. Implicitly it follows that meditators are able to change some neural paths in the brain through meditation, and this can result in a dramatic change in your outlook on life events. This profound result of sustained practice, known for many centuries to meditation practitioners, has been confirmed by scientific studies in the last two decades.

'Patricia held an 8 week mindfulness course via zoom for our students during the Covid-19 pandemic. At a time when there is so much uncertainty, Patricia’s calm and confident approach to teaching mindfulness and meditation practice helped to ease anxiety and was a great support to many of our students. I would highly recommend Patricia and would love to work with her again in the future. Diolch/Thank you!'
