The practice of meditation and mindfulness is not only good for you. It could also lead to you finding your true self and living your most powerful and authentic life.

This 8 Week Course is designed to help those who wish to explore a more grounding approach to meditation. We will explore insight practices which are essential for the development of insight couple with grounding practices which are essential to take off our journey safely. One way to understand the importance of integrating these two approaches is by thinking of the two wings that a bird needs to fly. In this way one wing is Rikan (development of insight practices) and the other wing is Naikan (practices focused on grounding and energizing the system).

I recently took part in an eight-week Mindfulness course with Patricia. Throughout the sessions, I felt a huge shift in my mental and physical well-being. Patricia was very supportive throughout the course, and as a total beginner, I felt fully motivated by her classes and her warm presence to practise each day.
