Mindfulness of the breath meditation
Fusho, unborn mind meditation
Healing with the soft ointment meditation
Cultivating guts- building your hara meditation
Energising your legs meditation
Naitan – energy transformation meditation
Bringing it all together meditation
This mindfulness course draws on the centuries of experience and understanding passed down in the Zen tradition and is accredited by Zenways School, and the International Mindfulness Teacher Association (IMTA). This course is not Buddhist though or religious, nor does it require you to believe or follow any tradition in particular.
